We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Accountant/Bookkeeper to record and maintain a business’ financial transactions, such as purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices, payments, and maintain proper business archive.
Preparing and Handling all accounting entries
Archiving and maintaining of accounts
Following up on payables and receivables
Maintaining suppliers/banks statement of accounts
Processing payroll
Maintaining inventory management/records.
Reconcile monthly cash and bank statements.
General Ledger maintenance.
Assisting in the preparation of end of month/year closing (depreciations, deferred expenses, accrual…)
Preparing invoices and keep accurate clients’ files
Performing cash and petty cash reconciliation
Other tasks as required by the manager Skills
BS in Accounting or Business Administration ( Or what’s relevant)
Up to three years of relevant experience
Knowledge of VAT, TAX and CNSS is a plus
Good communication skills
Strong analytical thinking
Highly organized
